3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Service Usage

4.1 Host Responsibilities

• Ensure chargers listed are safe, functional, and meet all relevant legal standards.

• Provide accurate and complete details about the charger and its availability.

• Comply with all applicable laws, including health and safety regulations.

4.2 User Responsibilities

• Use chargers in a safe and responsible manner.

• Leave chargers in the same condition as found.

• Adhere to all instructions provided by the Host.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

• Upload harmful or malicious content.

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Charges

Users agree to pay all fees associated with the booking of chargers. Fees are displayed at the time of booking and include applicable taxes.

5.2 Payouts

Hosts will receive payments for completed bookings via the payment method linked to their account, subject to any applicable processing fees.

5.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are outlined on our platform. Refund eligibility depends on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airvolt Technologies Ltd is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

• Actions or omissions of Hosts or Users.

• Damages to vehicles or chargers during use.

7. Privacy

8. Intellectual Property
